How to contact support
For bugs, compatibility questions, or release issues, contact the operator by email. Include enough device and source detail so we can reproduce the problem without asking you to restate the basics.
- 1
Email the support address
Send your message from the mailbox you want us to reply to. Japanese or English is fine.
- 2
Add device and source details
Tell us the iPhone model, iOS version, whether the source came from Photos or Files, and what happened.
- 3
We follow up by email
We reply with troubleshooting steps or follow-up questions. If we need a sample file, we will ask before you send anything.

Current unsupported items and limits
These are current release boundaries, not a lifetime promise. If your file falls outside them, the iPhone app may reject it or ask you to convert it first.

- Sources longer than 5 minutes are outside the release cap.
- Sources above 3840px on the long edge are outside the release cap.
- Sources larger than 8 GB are outside the release cap.
- iPad is not supported in this public iPhone release.
- Files that are not photos or videos, or videos with no video track, are not supported.
