Refund Policy

14-day refund window
If Filmtone for DaVinci Resolve does not fit your production setup or intended use, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Email chiba@fores-tone.co.jp from the address used for purchase and include your Polar order number. A reason is optional unless more information is needed to review the request.
Refund method
Refunds are processed through Polar, the Merchant of Record, and normally return to the original payment method. Tax adjustments and posting time depend on Polar and the payment provider.
After a refund is completed, the license terminates. Delete the full license file and Software and stop using them.
After 14 days
After 14 days, change-of-mind refunds are not offered except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or where the delivered product has a material defect. Polar may also issue a refund at its discretion for fraud prevention, chargeback prevention, or other reasons.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
